I look forward to servicing you and as always if you have any questions/concerns prior to booking feel free to reach out to me @ 205.810.1998 DEPOSITS: All services will require a $20 deposit to secure your spot & will go towards your balance. LATE FEES: As much of an inconvenience this may be, I do have a policy in place for clients who fall behind on their scheduled time. 10 minutes after your appointment time you will be charged a late fee of $15, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled & you’ll need to reschedule. I’m very understanding but one late client could potentially set my entire day back. SERVICE: ALL hair services will include 2/3 shampoos tailored to your hair, a conditioner, & steam treatment. EXTRA GUEST: No extra adults will be allowed at your appointment. PROCESSING FEE: All card payments will be charged a 3% processing fee. To avoid this, you may pay in cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a 50% cancellation fee for all no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You are able to reschedule one time without paying an extra deposit. Please note if you do a no call no show you will be put on the ban list.
